We’re starting a new feature, called “Michael’s Weird Jobs.” At ServiceMaster of the Key City, in Dubuque, IA, we’re called in to do all sorts of jobs – even the weird and strange! Here’s our first entry.
Michael’s Weird Jobs #1
A rural homeowner had called a company to give them an estimate for new insulation in their attic. When the company went out to do their measuring and calculations, they got into the attic and stumbled upon quite a mess: snake skins, bat guano, rat feces, etc. What they think happened is a snake got into the attic and made its home there. It would eat anything that found its way up there. The company’s policy prohibited them from removing the hazardous old insulation. ServiceMaster of the Key City to the rescue! We were called in to remove the old insulation and clean up the mess.
